Prior to her most recent work in the cannabis business space, Cindy directed PR planning and implementation for national drive-to-retail campaigns for major consumer healthcare, packaged goods, and telecom brands. She has more than a decade of experience collaborating on multi-channel marketing campaigns with strategic brand and marketing leaders from her positions at Chicago-based shopper marketing and experiential agencies. Clients have included Walgreens, Verizon, P&G, Quaker, California Governor’s Council, the Komen Foundation and Anthem/Blue Cross. In 2017 Cindy pivoted to focus on supporting emerging regulated cannabis states, prospective operators, ancillary organizations and small businesses. Thus far, she has helped establish and launch a state’s medical cannabis trade group from concept to market, advanced diversity and inclusion initiatives, and participated in application teams’ research, strategic planning, project management and content creation in multiple competitive states.
